1 Part black pepper
2 Parts seasoned salt
1/2 Part garlic powder
1/2 Part onion powder or flakes
1/4 Part dried habanero; ground
- or your favorite chile
It doesn't matter what size bottles you use -- just the
proportion -- by volume, not weight I use the 16 ounce
bottles of black pepper from Sam's Club (no endorsement,
usual disclaimers) as my base size.
It makes a big batch.
