At least the automated systems connected to this echo will speak
for themselves to a certain degree. ;)

It fails the eyeball test (the "serial no" field is not made of hexadecimal characters) - but it doesn't break anything with Synchronet
or SBBSecho which treats the entire message-ID as an opaque string of text. --
